I think A2M have played their cards well here- obviously Synlait was getting a lot wrong and there was clear tension on the relationship. I imagine the truth will come out- there must have been a final insult for A2M to press the contract button,
we will see. I do not think Synlait survives this, but A2M gets the manufacturing plantu
