Afternoon Guys,
The other big advantage of having a very large, supportive shareholder is that it materially reduces the risk of what happened to XOM and CVX happening to NHC - i.e. environmental activism co-opting passive virtue signalling Funds (e.g. Blackrock) into assigning Board seats to environmentalists.
