Like your analysis and agree
Have WPL in portfolio but today I bought OSH as I can see very little downside here and would be happy with conversion to STO if merger occurs ( will be adding to my STO position).
Of course when the oilers aren’t spending the money as they have in the past in exploration and hence there will be a big lag in new production OSH makes an attractive takeover proposal.
It may be that another player enters the OSH race .
