in my view the softening of price and lack of volume is in relation to the cash situation. market wants to know how much cash is going to be raised, at what price and who too.
many investors are more
comfortable investing after the fact rather than taking the risk prior. If I was not holding the stock I would probably do the same. given i am a holder and long term I have no interest in selling to attempt a lower entry the pips at this level are hard to play.
I'm keeping my powder dry to hopefully participate in the raise.
