    KG you are correct but not by 2020. Arctic 2 (16MT) is looking to be commissioned by 2025. Baltic (15MT) looking to be commissioned by 2023. Sakhalin 2 expansion (5MT) looking to be commissioned by 2022. I somehow missed the Sakhalin 2 terminal in my post, which has uncontracted export supply of 3.22MT. When Yamal comes online soon, Russia's exporting capacity will be 37.3MTPA...
