I think the recovery from 7 to 9.2 is a combination of the increasing oil price, Duhat being measured up by punters and Phase II going according to plan.
It will take something additional to move it further, although I must say the prospect of the doubling of the cashflow from Galoc must have many licking their lips. I am.
