IMHO only...after a little thought...nothing has changed.
EXT has been oversold. Drop yesterday related to market overall and drop in the materials sector...NOT TO EXT! EXT has followed the down trend of the XMJ (marerials index) since the 3/1/07.
Now trading outside the MA's and hugging the bottom bollinger, any upward movement and ext will break out again. OBV is relatively flat and the volume be sold are minute in the bigger picture. Positive DMI is just holding up.
DJIA has rebounded overnight.
The sell/buy ratio atm favours EXT rebounding or at minimum holding ground. Especially if the XMJ rebounds.
But I may be wrong......
