    My thoughts - Probably Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc is forced to liquidate its holding, due to the recent events in USA. And ORBIS (or other institutions) use the opportunity to accumulate ROC at a bargain price. After it finished, we might see quite rapid spike. DYOR
