we'll see in a few days when the quarterly comes out... See how much debt they've paid down, see what kind of PE we're trading on based on the EPS figures in the quarterly... If IDL show in the quarterly that they've paid down a significant portion of debt and the EPS still reflects a PE of 10 or less, and there is projects and work in the pipeline, then its a no brainer to me considering peers are trading at PE's of 15-20x...

i wouldn't be surprised if the recent price action is manipulation for smart money to stock... bots have been all over this lately...
