i agree. the stock cannot run much higher without some major news and upgrades. The volume of sellers around 13-15c means there will be someone jumping the queue to sell at 12 - 13c for a while yet.
I imagine this is all the traders who feel tox has run its course for the short term and they want to get out with some profit or they need to sell at those levels.
I think it will be excellent news in Feb and it will have a surge in price. Therefore buy now while it is down at good prices.
