Well they have signalled that another capital raising of around 15M is necessary to get the plant up and running. I'm thinking that they are approaching significant shareholders to take a placement. The significant shareholders are dumping some of their current holding on market to make room in their portfolio for the cheaper placement shares. Just a theory ...
