I fully support your analysis. It is true that all of teh material I read on CSEM around 4-5 months ago said that it is inneffective in shallow water due to atmospheric interference. It woudl therefore not make sense to spend money and perhaps more importantly time to apply the technology where it is not likely to work.

In relation to Espadon, it is interesting that this has been classified as a lower risk well and I wonder if this is to some extent based upon the existence of CSEM.

Finally, I don't understand the comment in this afternoon's Sotto report where they talked about oil possibly migrating as far as Espadon. I thought oil migrated "up" from source rocks....yet Espadon is deeper than Tiof. Can anyone explain this for me please?
