Although the selling is coming out and slowly drying up orders are beiong placed at this level consistantly.

Just look at the volume there are less and less sellers coming out now.

NEO will head back up and I think you will see more long term players in the stock just buying and holding. The stock only needs to go to 10c and then everything will change it will be on the watch lists of all the instos and in fact I think it is already there on their watch lists they are just waiting possibly for the company to announce what they really have in the way of a resource.
