POS has said it wants to maximise its income. So that must mean concentrate to matt (smelter) or matt to metal (refinery).
Maybe Forrest dosn't want to toll his concentrate through Kalgoorlie/Kwinana.
My suggestion was $50 mill won't let him do this - probably won't even let him refurbish the shaft (dong in your band).
