    Spoke to the CFO, Board reluctant to announce with litigation result being imminent and due in August. Given we are indemnified against legal costs, sounds like CFO should have pushed Board to release rather than defer and she just didn't spell out the downsides to delays in release.....bit of a shorts paradise....

    Under 70c, we're back in buy land!
