My concern is that this hold up with the results is because of an expectation that the court case is lost and they need to lower the divvy because of expected increased competition.
After all they can make a provision and write down assets at any time. But the divvy they can't change once declared.
If the case is looking like a win then its BAU and no reason to delay.
