only issue is that we need to get some of the larger SH's on board to vote against remuneration and board re-elections but to date the votes have been substantially in favour of the board.
My question is - need to know what happened with Hexima (know that there was one common officeholder who appears not to be on Hexima board any longer) but barring that why has the matter not been fully explained to SH's??. needs to be IMO to avoid suspicions as to why its being "kept in the dark" so to speak.
other issues:
- how are wages set and are they above market and if so why;
- how can "bonuses" be paid given the set back in SP and the perceived lack of pipeline development?? who sets bonuses and on what basis?
need to get back to work but will consider others
we all want to c lotsa money (not just any money) so hopefully their MO will change!
