the other thing I simply must do is have is have about half of ASX money sitting in reasonable dividend generators that are relatively safe. I swap it in and out of BEN, BOQ, EPW etc. being careful to hold for the minimum legal time of 47 calendar days, and allowing enough time for SP to recover after going ex-dividend. So far this year I have exceeded 20% return including franking. The timing is very critical, and no matter how I feel, it must be done 6 times per year. In the case of ACR there is no information this time.
