Guys, Some of the North American producers are selling at PE's twice the number you are referring to. I don't think it's a PE consideration for most of the punters. A recent article in the Fin Review stated an opinion by a Fund Manager that LGL " has a HUGE takeover premium priced into it " which is absolute bollicks!!!.......obviously I don't support this thesis either.
LGL runs precisely because of it's volatility. Of course, it's sentiment!!!! When did fundamentals ever matter to a spekky.........only when the trend tanks and the hot news disappears.
