Surprised it hasn't gone all the way down to 21 and done another NCM's popular 5% down days. Seems to be getting a little safe haven recognition finally.
At its 21.30 low at open, it has accumulated a 14% drop from the recent 24.77. Fear is high and time to buy or at least start the accumulation.
