It lays out the "vibration" of NCM during a downtrend. Like a pocket guide for NCM.
So, it looks like, once again, NCM is only to be touched after a 9%, 11, or 15-16% drop from its most recent peak and there is blood on the street (at least 6 days worth).
Otherwise, not to be touched.
