If as you say the directors "are on the cusp of generating income and positive cash flows", .... then why do you need a "roadmap going forward to positive cash flow". ??
If you need a roadmap going forward, then presumably you can't be particularly confident of imminent ("on the cusp") positive cash flow and income. Please explain.
It seems other investors are not so confident the current board are "on the cusp of generating income and positive cash flows", hence the move to oust them.
Presume you mean positive cash flow and income for PPY Aust , (and its long-suffering shareholders) and not the Egypt company. Lol.
