If Atzam 5 is successful and more money is required, there is such thing of a RBL (Reserve Based Lending).
Something what Range was aiming for a while back, but lost the chance, as their rigs were put out of action for months and the depletion of their bopd made it a non event.
So no reason to go the road of more dilution required.
