From Brett's mouth last July . A convo Brett and pl had . If gaut doesn't come up( this was before az4 came in) pl would find ctr another project .

Do people realise how penny shares work.
You find a group of backers.(pl, slime boys, fat tony)
Then you find dead company on market( cause it's cheaper than starting one from scratch).( clean energy / ctr)
Find an asset ( gaut)
Backers put cash together( let's say 500k)
Split shares amongst them . Then go on market with project and cr , make some money on cap raise ( 2/3 mil) . Like ctr do the cr a number of times. If project is good happy days. If bad , find next project try again. Win win!

PL is part of the package love it or not. Bad luck and get use to it. Sorry this is how it is.
