~ 100,000,000 shares represents a collective investment of $1.3m. If you owned a house worth $1.3m, how much would you spend on maintenance / repairs if it were broken? How much would you spend to restore that house to crystalise say $1.4m (aka 0.014c) or maybe $2.0m (aka 0.02)? My point: a reasonable volume underwrites a reasonable investment which underwrites the cost of any actions appropriate.
