That's frustrating.
The decision is so blindingly obvious.
There would be no domgas policy without the NWS development.
That LNG export gave WA a gas bonanza and the chance to have that domgas policy.
Likewise and by analogy export from PB leads to more gas.
Need to keep the horse before the cart.
