    CCS/GHGS is now becoming a "thing" here in Oz too.

    Notwithstanding the predictable howls of protest by the greens. In Qld these projects would be reported (and levies payable to Qld govt) under the P&G Act....Annual safety return...category 6 from memory. The salient point here....there have been no entities reporting under Cat 6 previously. There will be several this year. So it is happening 'here and now'.

    And I doubt NSW or WA are any different.

    If it's just a rent-seeking charade, the game won't last very long. But if it does work, it changes the landscape somewhat, as you've alluded to with the Norwegian example.

    I'm learning to look past technical advisories that 'such and such solution is not feasible' (as has often been said with hydrogen), as the bulk of quasi science now brings with it a distinct agenda (that being, the financial interest of the sponsor of said 'science').
