There hasn't been an updated Top 20 since the full year report. The only way to get it is via the registry, and they will ask you for your purpose and reasons. I think they also ask the company for permission too, and it costs quite a bit. The last time I asked, they told me it was in the thousands. I couldn't be bothered in the end.
Agree it would be great if they can force the true beneficiaries behind nominee accounts to be disclosed, but I can't see it happening. Been discussed for donkeys years and nothing has happened.
