Is the analyst from Macquarie? It was Macquarie that cited concerns about SE2 and SE3 in a downgrade they issued. It was a clumsy document that I think @87crash was going to dig deeper into. I can't offer any insights on this or the current halt. When speculation occurs, it is usually Mir that comes in to calm the punters, I don't recall a post from him on this.
