Hastie also has the Army officer training (inc SAS) and experience, so knows how to lead and would not be bullied.

IMHO, both Abbott and Dutton made good minsters and only fell into the top job because of poor predecessor leaders.

Not sure about the deputy - I would like to say Sussan Ley, but hmmmm, some of her arguments on TV are not always logical (well in my view - maybe it's me LOL)
