The company focuses its endeavours on long-term agricultural projects and the transformation of underdeveloped farmland into high yielding rural enterprises. In addition the company also leases farmland in different regional areas for production of various crops. The concept is to diversify risk and increase productive capacity. LIAG's principal operations are focused on the production of livestock and irrigated and non-irrigated grains and oilseeds (Wheat, Corn, Sorghum, Soybeans, Sunflower, etc) in addition to cotton fibre production. Its properties are located in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Formosa, Salta and San Luis. LIAG currently operates 94,000 hectares, of which 27,000 hectares are irrigated. In our most recent campaign LIAG planted up to 85,000 hectares with production in excess of 295,000 tonnes of grain. LIAG is constantly evaluating new projects that will enable it to maintain their status as one of the leaders in innovation and sustainable agriculture in Latin America.
