I am a shareholder and feel compelled to post.

I believe the Boards actions in the contract matter is appropriate under the circumstances and was heartened to see the company whistleblower process operating effectively.

I will be voting no to the resolutions at the meeting.

This all feels like a corporate raid.

I recall the original proposal was to remove two directors, however, they had to amend the resolution to only remove one director so as to meet the minimum number of Australian resident directors on their new board.
