Here's something for the legal eagles to consider. Were we robbed?

Just scanning Speedcast's annual report presentation and their description of 'opportunistic' and 'world class' to describe their acquisition of Newsat. I also note similarities across target customers and regions.

So, was the fall of Newsat engineered by Speedcast to enable a bargain price purchase? Who does Speedcast directors rub shoulders with? Any connections between Speedcast and the providers of Newsat credit facilities? Any connections between Speedcast and senior ranks within Newsat?

All circumstantial but it is a line of enquiry a potential lawyer taking up the Newsat case would look seriously at.
