I emailed the CFO (Mark Hanlon) and what he said was..

As far as we are aware everything is still on track. DMCI are mining away and trucking material to port whenever the rain clears (It was quite wet in the latter part of last week). They also advise us that the last of the concrete interlocking blocks are being put into position as we speak. The contract position is unchanged from our last announcement.

So, IMO shouldnt be too long now before we have a flurry of announcements hitting the market. Gap almost filled too.
