I'm surprised MBP hasn't come out with the hypothesis that 'AOD9604 only works on people who lost a lot of weight in the Phase 2b trial. We are currently looking at what those people all have in common, but we are confident that we will find something.'

Taking the Arena drug 10 mg twice a day gives over 3kg vs placebo. As the dose decreases so does the effect. No excuses like 'we think it works at high and low doses, but not medium doses, but we don't know why'.
