    Soho,

    China was going to pay 45c for the assets, they just didn't want Hanlong to develop it.

    They wanted their State Owned Steel mills running the project, thats why they asked Hanlong to partner with a SOE Steel Mill before they'd give them the financing to proceed with the takeover.

    So you tell me if you think China still wants in on this project?
