sorry mate I totally disagree about the the offtake point. this is not iron ore or the usual so called commodity.
there is no way on earth that bb will be spending any where close to 6 months on working on an offtake.
its not a mine development plan where by schematic and engineers are involved.
we are talking about potential customers, want a certain grade, volume, flake distribution and mesh here.
once that is acknowledged, then we shall see what prevails from it.
there is also very good reason why MOU has gotten a bad wrap from some circles.
becomes in the aussie resource sector, a MOU works like that of a shill.
as in it looks great, sounds great and its intentions are great.
to then only find out, its delayed, its set back, its postponed for another year or two by which destruction follows.
all of which shareholders and the company get bent over and slammed by the very people they verbally agreed with.
BB knows this very too well, and as pointed out, he is a solicitor, he will have the curves, angles and pitfalls pre viewed.
with relation to sales, no doubt we all would love to be updated, and each customer like graphite itself, will be unique!
