Charts are good while a stock is floating along without any fundamental news... fundamental news will in most cases overide a trend. In that context the cap raising is the new fundamental variable and 9 times out of 10 will see the SP drop to the new issue price or thereabouts.
Once the cap raising is over the SP will more than likely resume it's upper trajectory, more so now that they will have a little warchest for the feasibility study.
