Thanks PJ, the content is obviously the same as the ann last week, but the fact it has been reported in that forum is very interesting - I don't think middle east/north africa have ever been mentioned in relation to ESI before.
Perhaps there is more curiosity re ESI's Tincom deal in other parts of the world than they have been given credit for so far.
