That little 1 share traded was actually part of a buy of 155,000. All but 1 of the trade came from one source and the final 1 share was grabbed from the next seller.
It goes on all day which is why a nice round 'sell' order can see some odd figure like 4576 go from it and leave you with an odd number to sell to the next buyer etc etc.
