Not really, the volume is small and being sold down in tiny parcels of less than $100 trades, they hit stops and create larger volumes - the buys are $3, 4, 5 k worth even with a few over $10k. Check the course of sales and you can see what is happening.
The money flow at the moment is retail holders selling to a fund or institution. And there are a lot of them falling for it.
