Nothing has changed.
The company still has $4.1m in cash to spend on a deal that is apparently close to being done according to the email from BCC.
The company is now significantly cheaper then it was a couple of days ago for zero reason, yet we are that many days closer to seeing the announcement.
The deal has been reaffirmed strongly by the other side, BCC, so it's not as if it is off the table whatsoever, I would say the complete opposite given they said a deal was close to being done.
Once again, we are dealing with a Canadian MM company producing 11 million grams per year @ $5-$8 per gram. Do the math and you can see the potential appreciation in share price for CMY can be massive.
