YesI hope so otherwise we might all be in the mire, but if that were the case I think ASIC might use its soon to be enhanced powers as it would mean we have been misled.

For what it is worth I asked Flight Global 9 months ago if they were contemplating writing an article about SMN and they said not at the moment, so maybe they had a more realistic understanding of time frames,
however
the last news from the company clearly said they expected positive movement re installations well before year end, so we have 2+ months and a looming AGM in that timeframe.
Have I just validated my "Yes" comment?
