    CRE resolution

    production guidance and update

    defined plan to demonstrate current cash flow is financing all activities


    good chance POG may go below 1500 for a while, possibly even stay there


    FML is supposed to have done all forward planning on a POG of less than 1400 ???


    SH now need reassurance that their "master plan" can be achieved and financed
