He did explain his selling - it was portfolio re-balancing ... he's invested some into CFO, and I guess some elsewhere. Surely they have the right to take some profit off?

They did the investor phone hookup at the request of investors - and it pushed the price up for a while - but people forget what they hear pretty quickly, and the market players are good at spotting the moment to push down.

I am sure that they thought the deal would be done by now, and that any director selling would cause short term pain; that hasn't played out, and the sp is being pushed hard because of it.

If I were to pick a number, I would suggest the $1.62 support level from the last retrace is the one to watch for ... but it was damn quick last time, so you'd need to be fast.
