When a share breaks, what would appear to be, technical support it quickly falls lower until sellers run out of steam. The price then usually returns to test the original support level. A break above that level is a very positive sign that a possible low has been formed.
The best time to buy is when everyone else is selling.
These were the words of the late Sir Peter Abeles who died in 1999.
In actual fact the quote was "when everybody sells, Sir Peter buys, when everybody buys, Sir Peter sells".
