Nick Miller, excellent point and post. What good is ASIC if it does publish the outcome of the investigations?
Enforcement is left to belief with no deterrent factor. A bit like a country with a jail where noone knows who is in jail, what the Courts or prosecutors decided, how the law is decided or enforced?
SMN has been in the doldrums in terms of SP since the governance issue. Another ASX listed company bedevilled by perceived governance failings IMHO but pls DYOR.
