someone accumulating all they can get sub 4c perhaps in the know...
then drill results come out. high grade, large resource, m9ining to commence within a few months etc, then pow, accumulator makes huge fast money!
they arent scared to buy around the 4c either, just whilst there are willing sellers they dont need to jump the gun yet IMO
