robhood, for the record:

1) I did not say that Martin Rogers is a crook. I have no reason to think that he is . The worst concern I have even in the back of my head is that he may be a bit of a snake oil salesman.

2) I do not think that Eugene Kopp was a crook either. He simply took advantage of an opportunity that the market delivered to legitimately get out of his PRR stock at a time when he (presumably) thought that it was over / fully valued.

3) All I did was to argue the toss over whether it is technically possible for Rogers to exit his shareholding and take $1 million+ off the table without actually succeeding in commercialising key PRR products. It may be.
