    1 Sales multiples are not relevant for start up tech companies.
    2. Liquidity is lower for temporary but then shoots up on Nasdaq compared to ASX.
    3. More Tech funds in the US and more interest from US investors given they see the product in their own backyard.
    4. The company is not yet profitable and cant list on the Nasdaq. "The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the prior two years at least $2.2 million, and no single year in the prior three years can have a net loss."
